Privacy
The short version: CueBin follows GDPR, stores the minimum needed to run the service, and never touches the media itself.
What we store
Your email address, and the clips you save: source URLs, in and out points, annotations, tags and collections. Nothing else.
What we never store
No media files, ever: CueBin is embed-only by design. We do not run advertising, we do not sell or share usage data, and we do not build marketing profiles.
How your data is used
To run the service for you, and nothing more. Your clips and collections are private to your account; there is no public profile, feed or sharing surface to leak into.
Legal basis
GDPR Article 6(1)(b): processing that is necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
Who processes it
Lovable Cloud hosts the database and handles authentication, and Cloudflare provides DNS and content delivery. Both process data under their own data protection terms.
Retention and deletion
Your data lives as long as your account. When you request deletion we keep it for five days in case you change your mind, then your account, clips, collections and tags are permanently removed.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct and delete your data at any time. Export is built into the Settings page as JSON or CSV, and deletion is one click in the same place.
Cookies
CueBin uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. That is strictly necessary and exempt from consent. When you play a clip, the source platform (YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud and so on) may set its own cookies through its embed; those load only on your explicit action, and are governed by that platform's policy, not CueBin's. CueBin does not run analytics or advertising and does not sell or share usage data.
